Step 1: Sign up and verify your business email
Start by entering your full name (this is what other users will see when you post a listing or interact with them), email and password (you’ll need to type the password twice).
One very important thing to note – to be a business user on Gerätor, your email must be linked to a registered business domain. That means no Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other public email services.
Once submitted, a verification link will land in your inbox. Click it to activate your account. Without verifying this email, you won’t be able to proceed. And once your account is created, you can’t change the email – so double-check that you’re using the right business address!
Choose a strong, unique password. Avoid using names, birthdates, or “123456.” Don’t share it with others. Gerätor takes security seriously, but your best defense starts with a secure password.

Step 2: Complete your profile – build trust, show up authentically
After email verification, it’s time to add your profile details. This includes:
– Your work title
– A valid contact number
– Your business name
– A detailed business address (we may verify this in the future)
– Your profile picture – This one matters a lot. Please upload a clear, recent, and front-facing photo of yourself. This photo helps build your trust score and is visible to potential buyers alongside your listings.
Gerätor is all about real people and honest deals. Profiles that are complete and authentic are more likely to win trust – and sales.
Step 3: Choose the subscription plan that works for you
Our pricing is transparent and simple. You keep 100% of your sale – Gerätor doesn’t take commission. Instead, you choose from subscription plans tailored to your needs:
