For our monthly subscribers, we keep it simple with a no-refund policy. But if you’ve chosen an annual plan, we offer flexibility with pro-rated refunds if your needs change. We’ve laid out all the details below in plain English, but if you have any questions, our team is here to help.
The Simple Version
- Monthly subscriptions paid are non-refundable
- Annual subscriptions paid can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund
- Taxes collected and paid cannot be refunded
- All charges levied by payment gateways, processors, and banks will be borne by you
- Same with currency exchange charges, and currency value fluctuations
- All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
How Annual Subscription Refunds Work
If you cancel your annual subscription early, here’s how we calculate your refund:
- We’ll count how many months you’ve used the service
- Each used month will be charged at our regular monthly rate
- We’ll refund the difference between what you paid and the cost of used months
- Partial months count as full months
For example:
If you cancel an annual subscription after 4 months:
Annual subscription cost: $2,000
Monthly rate: $200
Used months (4) at monthly rate: 4 × $200 = $800
Your refund would be: $2,000 – $800 = $1,200

- Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable
- You can cancel anytime
- You’ll still have access until your current month ends
- No new charges after you cancel
When Things Go Wrong
