You get a public business profile, limited listings, enquiry management, and essential sales tools – everything you need to start showcasing your medical devices or services at zero cost and zero friction.

Do I need to upgrade immediately to start selling or promoting my listings?

No. The Give Plan lets you list products, reply to enquiries, and build visibility from day one. You can stay on it for as long as it serves you and upgrade only when you want advanced automation or premium marketing features.

What happens if I cancel my annual subscription on Gerätor?

If you cancel an annual plan early, Gerätor will refund the unused portion via a pro-rated refund. You’ll only be charged for the months you used (at the monthly subscription price) – the rest comes back to you.

What if I’m on a monthly subscription and decide to cancel?

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable – but you’re free to cancel anytime. You’ll keep access until the end of your paid month, and then no new charges will occur.

How quickly is a refund processed once it’s approved?

Once you request a refund (for an annual plan cancellation), Gerätor processes it promptly – within 5 to 7 business days. That means you won’t have to wait long to get your funds back.

What if I accidentally got charged twice – will Gerätor refund me?

Yes. In rare cases where double charges happen by mistake, Gerätor will issue a refund. You just need to reach out and we’ll take care of it.

Will taxes, payment-gateway or currency-exchange fees be refunded?

No – taxes paid, as well as any payment-gateway or currency-exchange charges, are not refundable. Also, any refund transaction fee charged by payment-gateway partners will be charged to you, and the refund amount will reflect this.
